Continental Association
The Continental Association, also known as the "Acts of Association" or simply the "Association," was an agreement made in 1774 by the thirteen colonies assembled in the First Continental Congress to boycott British trade goods. It was made in response to the "intolerable acts" that had been passed by the Parliament of Great Britain earlier in 1774.
