There needs to be a page that discusses this. For many, the reality of unpaid for costs imposed externally is the reason to embrace government involvement. Despite much asserting under Austrian system about ability to sue etc., I have yet to see a clear exposition of how this works practically. I am convinced about libertarian thinking, but do not have the firepower to make the argument with folks. A good page here would go a long way I reckon.
