Human Rights Watch is a non-governmental organization that investigates and researches a variety of topics concerning human rights around the world.[1] Most of its policy prescriptions call for retributive justice against the offenders and the establishment and empowerment of bureaucracies such as the International Criminal Court and the United Nations.
