Charles Richard "Dick" Clark II (b. 18 April 1981) is a law student at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He was one of the first bureaucrats of Mises Wiki. Jeffrey Tucker has described him as a "master Wikipedian." Dick Clark has stated, "Wikipedia, since it's become such a prominent platform, there are a lot more gatekeepers than there used to be. . . . [Y]ou also have people who under the guise of being gatekeepers for the encyclopedia, really are trying to push their point of view in many cases about what they don't want to have seen prominent on the project that they're working on." He describes himself as an inclusionist.[1]
