This template is used to mark text as needing sourcing.
Syntax
Place {{Fact}} or {{Fact|text}} after unsourced and/or questionable text so that its implication is self explanatory as to what is lacking citation. If necessary, use the article's talk page to discuss further details. The text part is intended for short comments, it will not be displayed, but will be visible in the source.
