The Wall Street Crash of 1929, also known as the Great Crash, and the Stock Market Crash of 1929, was the worst stock market crash of all time, in which share prices fell by 89 per cent.[1] It contributed to the Great Depression of the 1930s, which affected many countries all around the world.[2]
