Appearance
I'm using Windows Vista, 64 bit. I downloaded python-2.7.1.amd64.msi and ran the executable file. Then I extracted pywikipedia-nightly.zip. I created a family file and a user-config file (see below). I logged in successfully. I created a page (User:Forgottenbot/archive) and transcluded it on the page I want to archive (MisesWiki:Commons).
However, archival does not take place as hoped. If anyone has any recommendations to make this work, I would appreciate it. Below is relevant information and results:
Command window
The command line, when I press enter, looks like:
C:\pywikipedia>archivebot.py User:Forgottenbot/archive
The result, including the above, is:
C:\pywikipedia>archivebot.py User:Forgottenbot/archive unicode test: triggers problem #3081100 Fetching template transclusions... C:\pywikipedia>
