Pascal Salin (born 1939) is a libertarian economist, professor at the Université Paris-Dauphine and a specialist in public finance. He is a former president of the Mont Pelerin Society (1994 to 1996). He won the Gary G. Schlarbaum Prize for lifetime defense of liberty, awarded by the Ludwig von Mises Institute, in 2008.

Inspired by classical liberalism and libertarianism, his work follows the traces of Frédéric Bastiat, Ludwig von Mises and Friedrich Hayek. Salin is a regular contributor to the libertarian webzine Le Québécois Libre.
