Ideas:

• The current ProofreadPage extension isn't the same code as what WS has. Not sure if this is the root of the problem, but it's definitely true that some pages aren't identical.
  • proofread_index.js
  • PdfHandler_body.php
    • function getThumbType( $ext, $mime, $params = null )
    • Other three PdfHandler files are identical
• IndexForm.js calls something we haven't defined.

*Script importing doesn't work at all It is working; IndexForm.js is adding text to Index:Blah.djvu.

• One of the MediaWiki namespace pages is not configured properly (unlikely)
• I didn't copy correctly from WS, or I'm missing a page. See wikisource.org

Further testing once PDFs are in place.
