While in general I'm for creating pages from the scratch, for once the Wikipedia page seems to be really good about the subject. Guess we could copy this one - any other opinions? Pestergaines 04:34, 24 November 2010 (CST)

Several pages could be done that way, and then edited to "correct" usual mainstream "points of view". Is there any problem in using Wikipedia articles as basis? Portuguese 06:22, 24 November 2010 (CST)

All derivative works of WP articles have to be licensed with the CC-BY-SA license, which is more restrictive than the one we'd like to use. Thus we have to leave {{Wikipedia text}} at the top of them. If you do copy from WP, be sure to include a version number in the template (type {{Wikipedia text|Article_name_with_underscores|Version #}}) so that we can compare the versions in the future to see if our article, thanks to new contributions, is substantially different from WP and we're able to remove the template. --Forgottenman (talk) 06:59, 24 November 2010 (CST)

No problem; I've added it. You can get it by clicking the history tab and selecting an old version. The url will have a "oldid" version number in it; for example, [1]. --Forgottenman (talk) 09:17, 24 November 2010 (CST)
