Users are Mises Wiki editors who have registered an account with a unique user name. Interchangeably called Registered users, they are able to:
- create new pages
- edit existing pages
- move files and pages
- participate in certain polls and discussions in which IPs are not permitted
- become autoconfirmed 24 hours after the user's first edit
- create individualized user pages with associated talk pages
- create a unique watchlist (among other rights).
