Step 1, getting Finereader prepared

- Tools - Options - Scan/Open - Do not read and analyze acquired page images
- Tools - Options - Read - Thorough Reading
- Tools - Options - Save - PDF - Use Mixed Raster Content, Enable Tagged PDF, Best Quality
- FB2/EPUB - Title, Author, Best Quality
