Charles Richard "Dick" Clark II (b. 18 April 1981) is a law student at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He was one of the first bureaucrats of Mises Wiki. Jeffrey Tucker has described him as a "master Wikipedian." Dick Clark has stated, "Wikipedia, since it's become such a prominent platform, there are a lot more gatekeepers than there used to be. . . .
