			I've made the necessary adjustments to [[Template:Header]] and [[MediaWiki:Common.css]]. The headers are now working on subpages; if you don't see them try refreshing the page a few times. Some notes:
			*I removed the header from the article page. My rationale for this is that the main page ([[Practical Anarchy]], in this case) should look like an encyclopedia article, because that's really what it is – it's the page to describe the book, talk about reaction, provide external links, etc. The subpages, however, are where navigation between chapters needs to be possible, so that's where the header makes sense.
			*For a work like this, further division may be helpful: for example, use [[Practical Anarchy/1/1]] for the first chapter of the first part. I'm not having success downloading the pdf so I can't make more specific recommendations or split the page further myself.
