The purpose of the Roaming Hat campaign is to demonstrate, in a unique and fun way, that Austrians and libertarians are not as isolated as they may sometimes feel. Supporters of the ideas promoted by the Mises Institute are everywhere and are extraordinarily diverse. :Wikis have namespaces: so there's the "main" namespace for encyclopedia-type articles (like [[Ludwig von Mises]]). There's also a MisesWiki namespace, which is where internal pages go – [[MisesWiki:About]] or [[MisesWiki:Copyrights]]. They are identified by the prefix MisesWiki. On Wikipedia, the "Wikipedia" namespace is used for the same kinds of things (About, Copyrights, other stuff) but also pages like [[wikipedia:Wikipedia:Department of Fun]].
